We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client’s operations in the Emerald region, supporting the onsite Finance team and wider site operations.
This role would suit an organised administrator with solid attention to detail and experience across finance, accounts or site administration.
For local candidates, there is flexibility to stay in camp or return home each night.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the onsite Finance team
- Process and reconcile invoices, expenses and supporting documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, cost coding and receipting
- Maintain accurate financial and site records
- Follow up approvals and outstanding documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and contractors
- Assist with finance reporting and general site administration
- Support onboarding, inductions and employee records as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous site administration experience, ideally within mining or heavy industry
- Finance, accounts or commercial administration experience highly regarded
- Experience with invoices, purchase orders and expenses
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and computer skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy site environment
- Standard 11
- CBM, or willingness to obtain
- BMA site experience highly regarded
