About Flexi Renovations

Flexi Renovations is a Perth-based renovation company specialising in high-quality,custom cabinetry solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, home offices and living spaces. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering functional, well-finished outcomes for residential clients.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our installation team on a full-time basis, with overtime available.

The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on the installation and fit-out of custom cabinetry across residential renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Interpreting technical drawings, plans and installation specifications
- Installing custom cabinetry including kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, storage and built-in units
- Assembling and fitting cabinets, panels, shelving, drawer systems and hardware
- Ensuring accurate installation, alignment and finishing to a high standard
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and organised work site
- Working collaboratively with project managers and trades to meet timelines

Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Cabinet Installer
- Strong ability to read and interpret cabinetry drawings and measurements
- High level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cabinetry materials,



fixings and installation techniques
- Ability to work full time with flexibility for overtime
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Experience in residential renovation projects
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or a related field
- Current driver's licence and own tools

What We Offer
