Job Description

- Ensuring the seamless operation of the day to day shifts, including tasks such as coordinating bookings and other related preparations
- Manage the displays to play the most relevant sporting events in the correct areas
- Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and maintain quality beverage service
- Accurate stock maintenance and verification of all incoming inventory items
- Strong cash handling skills
- Resolving day to day customer issues
- Management of staff during the shifts, including ongoing training of new and existing staff
- Promote the venue and attract current customers
- Ensure compliance with OH &S; and RGL policies

Applicants Must Have:

- A current Approved Manager Card, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate & Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers certificate, As a Front of House Shift Manager at our Midland location, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within our hospitality and catering establishment. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for a mid-senior level professional looking to lead a dynamic team and enhance the guest experience while driving business success.
- Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage and train front of house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels,



placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review.
