Wellways Australia is seeking a Suicide Prevention Community Development Lead to drive community-led change in Townsville. The role focuses on building partnerships, co-designing actions, and leading SPCAP initiatives across rural and remote areas with a lived experience and cultural safety lens.

The position is full-time and based in Townsville with travel, salary range A$115,000–A$120,400 plus superannuation, leave loading and salary packaging advantages.
