The Ranch Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Camp Manager to lead our school camp program and activity team. This full-time role oversees day-to-day camp operations, ensuring every group enjoys a protected, engaging and memorable experience on the Mornington Peninsula.
You will lead the activity facilitators, oversee camp programs, support schools during their stay, and ensure activities are delivered safely and to the highest standard.
