BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse to lead the night shift at Balladong Gardens in York, WA. This full time role runs Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–7:15am, and acts as the on-site clinical lead delivering person-centred care, completing assessments, updating care plans and administering medications.
You’ll respond to changes in resident health, supervise ENs and Care Partners, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS.
