The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) invites applications for a Hub Practitioner based in Dandenong. You will be the first contact for Aboriginal individuals and families seeking support through The Orange Door, conducting intake/assessment, addressing immediate needs and delivering culturally secure, trauma-informed support within a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate short-term support, link clients to appropriate services, and work to strengthen safety, wellbeing
