Talentweb | B Corp in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Director/Associate Director to lead major residential and accommodation developments from feasibility through handover. You will own project strategy, governance and commercial performance, mentor Project Managers and contribute to client relationships and business development initiatives.
You will drive design, procurement and delivery, manage budgets and risk, coordinate consultants and contractors, and build long-term relationships.
