Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $34.51 – $39.24 per hour | New Lambton, NSW

Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider offering high‑quality education across Australia. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the Busy Bees team at Current Lambton.

What you’ll do

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
- Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences.

What you’ll bring

- A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW.
- Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning environment.




- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style.
