Job description:

You know that person who quietly keeps everything moving? Clients know what is happening next. The team is prepared. Follow-ups happen. And when a promise is at risk, they are confident enough to ask, remind and apply a little friendly pressure.

We are partnering with a Brisbane-based people advisory business to find exactly that person: a Client Experience Partner who combines warmth, initiative and brilliant follow-through.

You will work primarily from home, with the flexibility to shape your days and hours, while being available to attend workshops to capture content and catch up in the office for planning sessions.

What you will be doing- Own client actions, follow-ups and communication so nothing important falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops, from preparation and documents through to actions afterwards.
- Keep CRM records, client information, AI-enabled workflows and documents accurate and useful.
- Build genuine relationships through clear updates, thoughtful check-ins and small touches that matter.
- Spot repeated friction and help create simpler systems instead of accepting constant workarounds.
- Remind, chase and constructively challenge a busy team when commitments need to move.
- Attend Brisbane activities when needed and capture simple, authentic photo/video content for social use.

What will make you stand out- Previous experience in client success, client experience, EA/PA, practice coordination or a similar client-facing role.
- A track record of improving systems that people actually use.
- Natural organisation and end-to-end ownership.
- Warm, confident communication and the judgement to know when to ask, act or escalate.

Why this prospect is different
- Permanent part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Flexible days and hours, agreed around client and team needs.
- Home-based work with meaningful autonomy and visible impact.
- A values-led team that is genuinely curious, straightforward, enjoyable to work with and committed to building better outcomes together.
- The chance to blend strong human relationships with practical, AI-enabled systems.

If you are happiest when clients feel cared for, the team feels calmer and the moving parts finally make sense, we would love to hear your from you- Apply today.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in client success, client experience, EA/PA, practice coordination or a similar client-facing role.

Why is This a Great Opportunity:

This is a genuinely adaptable permanent part-time opportunity for someone who wants meaningful responsibility without needing a full-time role. Working primarily from home for a minimum of 20 hours per week, the successful person will have real autonomy to shape the client experience, improve systems and become a trusted partner to the Director and wider team.

It is far more than an administration position. This person will help create calm behind the scenes, keep client commitments moving and build practical, AI-enabled systems while maintaining the warmth and personal connection the business is known for. It is an opportunity to join a values-led Brisbane business where initiative is encouraged, ideas are heard and the impact of your work will be visible to both clients and the team.
