About the Role

As Team Lead Brisbane, you’ll be a senior leader responsible for:

- Leading the delivery of complex geotechnical projects
- Developing and mentoring a growing team
- Building strong client relationships and driving business growth
- Managing project performance, budgets and resourcing
- Contributing to strategic planning and the future direction of the Brisbane business




- Championing a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and innovation

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing people, and creating opportunities through strong client relationships.

About You

You’ll bring:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- RPEQ and Chartered status (or working towards)
- Strong geotechnical engineering expertise
- Experience leading teams, projects and client relationships
- Proven business development capability
- A collaborative leadership style and growth mindset
- A passion for helping others succeed
