About the role:

- Confidently and efficiently manage a workload of commercial litigation and/or insolvency matters with appropriate supervision.
- Drafting court documents, advice and correspondence.
- Appear at courts, tribunal, mediations and settlement conferences and negotiate of commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

- 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and/or insolvency.
- The ability to work autonomously at a high level.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to liaise and communicate competently with clients and all parties,



managing their requirements & expectations.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
