We are seeking an experienced Data Administrator with strong Raiser's Edge experience to support a critical data management project on a temporary basis.

This role will focus on cleaning, importing, and maintaining donor and supporter data within Raiser's Edge, helping to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large data sets and have a strong understanding of database best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, update, and maintain donor and supporter records within Raiser's Edge
- Import historical and backlog data into the CRM
- Identify and resolve duplicate or inaccurate records
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the database
- Support database administration and reporting requirements
- Work with stakeholders to ensure information is accurately captured and maintained

About You

- Demonstrated experience using Raiser's Edge is essential
- Previous experience in data administration, database management, or CRM administration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail




- Strong data entry and data cleansing skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and meeting project deadlines
- Experience within the not-for-profit or fundraising sector will be highly regarded
