As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;
- Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims portfolio of around 20 claims
- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
- Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
- Be involved in projects and change management.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing & assessing retail life insurance claims (income protection and/or TPD)
- Ability to combine technical capability with robust emotional intelligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
- Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
