Gaming Supervisor – Remote Coastal Tropical Far North Queensland

We are seeking an experienced hospitality qualified with a background in gaming supervision who can confidently oversee day-to-day gaming operations, maintain regulatory standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in two venues in a vibrant island community.
Positioned on the picturesque foreshore, these popular venues are at the heart of the local hospitality scene, offering stunning waterfront views and welcoming both residents and visitors alike. The region is renowned for its rich cultural heritage, thriving fishing industry, tourism opportunities, and strong community spirit.
Despite its remote setting, the township offers supermarkets, cafés, sporting facilities, schools, and essential services, creating an enjoyable and rewarding lifestyle destination.
Candidates must hold a Queensland RSG, CLO, RMLV and Approved Manager certification, or be willing to obtain them prior to commencement.

Package
- Salary $70,000 – $75,000 plus Superannuation
- Accommodation $58 per week

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the gaming rooms
- Ensure gaming compliance procedures are consistently maintained
- Process gaming payouts and undertake general gaming duties
- Prepare and serve beverages as required
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Adhere to RSA and RSG requirements at all times
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including daily cash-ups and reconciliations
- Assist in other operational areas as required
About You
- Previous hospitality experience, ideally with gaming room supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance and venue procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to live and work in a remote location
- Availability to commit to a minimum period of 6–12 months
- Ability to successfully complete a Fit2Work Clearance

- Access is via daily Qantas flights followed by local transfers
