Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking to take the next step into a commercially focused Account Management role?

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing Facilities Management team based in Hendra, managing key client relationships while driving service excellence, commercial performance and account growth.

This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys being close to the client, involved in operational delivery and commercially accountable for the performance and growth of their accounts.

About the Role You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and developing strong, long-term client relationships
- Acting as the key escalation point for contractual and service-related matters
- Identifying opportunities for account growth, additional services and contract extensions
- Managing contract renewals and supporting negotiations
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial, operational and KPI reports
- Managing client budgets and monitoring account profitability
- Working with internal teams to identify cost efficiencies and improve margins
- Coordinating invoicing and resolving discrepancies
- Monitoring contractor and service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Supporting asset replacement strategies and CAPEX programs
- Overseeing statutory, safety and compliance requirements
- Working closely with Service Management, Estimating and Asset teams
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring smooth implementation
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Supporting sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives
- Providing guidance and support to operational teams around client requirements




- Managing client escalations and supporting after-hours requirements when necessary

About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong Facilities Management knowledge with excellent commercial and relationship-management skills.

You’ll ideally have:

- 4+ years' experience in Facilities Management or a related industry
- Previous experience managing client accounts, contracts or service delivery
- Strong understanding of FM contracts and SLAs
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven ability to build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Sound understanding of WHS, compliance and risk management
