Field Service Technician | Mardie WA Category 5 Labour Management is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians for a 3-month contract at Mardie, with potential to transition into a permanent role. Position: Field Service Technician Roster: 8/6 – Tuesday to Tuesday Location: Mardie, WA Hours: 12-hour shifts Employment: Casual / Temporary Contract

About the Role
Working alongside the Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will carry out routine servicing, refuelling, inspections and preventative maintenance across mobile equipment.
Operating within a remote and highly corrosive saline workplace, your focus will be maintaining equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting safe and efficient site operations.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or field service role
- Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) or Fixed Plant experience preferred
- Current unrestricted WA HR Driver’s Licence
- Current White Card
- Forklift, Telehandler or other HRWL highly regarded
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities





- Routine servicing and preventative maintenance of mobile equipment
- Oil and filter changes
- Refuelling and equipment inspections
- Assist with fault identification and equipment maintenance
- Support Heavy Diesel maintenance activities
- Maintain safe and reliable plant operations
