Whether you're an early-career Occupational Therapist wanting consistent weekly support or an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step towards leadership, this role can be shaped around your career stage.
This established Northern Beaches paediatric practice near Manly has built its leadership team by developing clinicians internally.
You'll join an established structure including Team Leaders, a Therapy Manager, Practice Manager, administration and marketing support, rather than being expected to figure everything out yourself.
Looking For Your Next Step? For an experienced Occupational Therapist, particularly with 4+ years of experience, there is scope to build towards future Team Leader responsibilities.
Leadership within this organisation remains clinically focused. Team Leaders continue working with clients while supporting and mentoring other clinicians.
This could suit an OT who enjoys clinical work but is starting to think:

- I want more responsibility
- I don't want to leave clinical practice completely
