Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HVAC and mechanical building services designs from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed designs, specifications, load calculations, and technical reports.
- Design air-conditioning, ventilation, plant, chilled/heating-water, and BMS systems.
- Ensure full compliance with NCC/BCA guidelines and relevant Australian Standards.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering workflows and manage project budgets.

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 7+ years in building services consulting.
- Strong background in HVAC system design, mechanical plant selection, and controls.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA compliance requirements.




- Proven ability to manage projects independently and mentor junior engineering staff.
- Excellent communication skills with full Australian working rights based in Perth.
