We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Advisor to join a prestigious men’s fashion and lifestyle retailer in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
Representing an elevated collection of men’s fashion, accessories and fragrances, this role is about delivering a truly personalised client experience and building meaningful, long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
The Role
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and develop a strong personal client book.
- Provide tailored styling and product recommendations across fashion, accessories and fragrance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Proactively client through recent collections, special pieces, gifting and personalised recommendations.
- Support VIP appointments, private events and exclusive client experiences.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards across the boutique.
- Develop strong product knowledge and an understanding of luxury, craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
About You You will ideally have:
- Experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail sales.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for men’s fashion, styling, accessories and/or fragrance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working with discerning and high-value clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and an understanding of luxury service.
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-driven approach.
Most importantly, you understand that luxury is about the relationship, not simply the transaction. You have the ability to make clients feel recognised, understood and valued.
