Our client, Keep Driving, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. You’ll also play an important role in developing and delivering marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and opportunities
- Build brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market position
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve commercial objectives
About you:
- Previous experience in a sales and marketing management role
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Commercially minded and results focused
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of your role
- A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach
