About the Role
As a Travel Anaesthetic / PACU Registered Nurse in Grafton or Lismore, NSW, you will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care across the anaesthetic and post-anaesthetic recovery areas. Working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will support patients throughout their surgical journey while maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical care.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care within Anaesthetic and PACU settings
- Assist anaesthetists during induction, maintenance, and emergence of anaesthesia
- Monitor and assess patients during post-operative recovery




- Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration and emergency situations
- Administer medications and manage post-operative pain in accordance with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and perioperative best-practice guidelines

What you'll need

- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
- Recent Anaesthetic and PACU nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently within perioperative environments
- ALS certification desirable
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Australian working rights (contract role – no sponsorship available)
