Introduction

ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Trade Professionals- Linespersons and Electrical Linesworker Assistants to join a top-tier contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead transmission lines.
- Assemble and prepare tools, equipment, and transmission components.
- Assist with cable pulling, lifting, and positioning hardware.
- Support winching, rigging, and lifting activities.
- Act as a spotter for plant and equipment operations.
- Assist with site set-up, barricading, safety checks, and general site duties.
- Maintain a protected and organised work environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Cert II/III ESI Transmission, Rigging HRWL, EWP, Working at Heights, Tower Rescue, CPR and First Aid.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transmission,



utilities, or similar construction work.
- Experience with overhead transmission hardware, crossarms, or electrical infrastructure.
- Experience working safely in high-risk construction environments.
- Ability to operate EWPs, truck/tractor winches, and site equipment.
- Current White Card or ability to obtain.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Willingness to travel between project sites across NSW.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

Package & Remuneration
- Attractive salary ranges between $180,000–$250,000 package, depending on experience.
- FIFO roster: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- Flights home provided during rostered time off.
- Accommodation provided.
- Relocation assistance available.
- Rigger and Dogger tickets paid for by the company.
- 9-month project with an immediate start.
- Working as part of a 9–11 person crew.
