Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior School Wellbeing Leader to join our team at the Pakenham Campus commencing in January 2027.

The successful applicant will thrive as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence and wellbeing in their students.

As the Junior School Wellbeing Leader, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Working closely with students, families and staff, you will promote student wellbeing, support engagement and contribute to the delivery of wellbeing initiatives across the Junior School.

- Full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position
- Commencing 21 January 2027 for a dedicated two day New Staff Induction
- Based at our Pakenham Campus
- Teaching within our Junior School (Prep to Year 4)
- Position of Responsibility tenure is 3 years
- This position of responsibility has a time release of 20 periods per cycle and an annual responsibility allowance of $4,693 which is incorporated into the advertised salary
- This position requires a current VIT registration
- All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouraged to participate in our mentor program
