The Chance

As the HR Advisor, you will support people operations across a growing national network of medical practices. Working closely with senior leaders, practice managers and employees, you will be a key point of contact for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce compliance and day-to-day people matters.

This role offers the opportunity to provide HR services to multiple locations and engage with healthcare professionals, clinical teams and corporate employees. You will play an important role in maintaining compliant employment practices, supporting leaders and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding, probation and offboarding processes across multiple sites.

- Prepare employment contracts, variations, correspondence and employment documentation.

- Partner with practice managers and leaders on employee relations and performance matters.

- Support performance reviews, probation processes and employee development initiatives.

- Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations matters.

- Interpret and apply Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace obligations.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

- Coordinate workforce compliance activities, including work rights and qualification checks.





- Monitor professional registrations and credentialing requirements.

- Process fortnightly Payroll.

- Assist with HR policy development, process improvements and people initiatives.

- Support WHS activities and people and culture programs.

About You

- Experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Business Partner and HR Generalist or similar operational HR role.

- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and Modern Awards.

- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management matters.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Practical, solutions-focused approach to people matters.

- Healthcare, aged care, disability or other regulated industry experience will be highly regarded.
