And we need a Head Chef who can handle everything that comes with it.
This isn’t a role where you inherit someone else’s kitchen and carry on business as usual.
You’ll be part of the opening leadership team, building your kitchen crew, setting the standards and putting your stamp on the BOH operation from day one.

Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high performing kitchen team
Take ownership of a large, high volume kitchen operation
Deliver consistent, quality food when the venue is absolutely pumping
Manage food costs, labour, stock, ordering and kitchen performance
Keep food safety, compliance and kitchen standards sharp
Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team
Build a kitchen culture people want to be part of
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You’re an experienced Head Chef or a seriously robust Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
- You know how to lead a high volume kitchen, manage the numbers and still care about what goes over the pass.
- You can build a team, develop people and keep standards high when the pressure is on.
- Most importantly, you lead from the front.
