We are seeking local (South West) motivated and capable Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) to join our Margaret River team.

To be successful in the role you require the following capabilities/requirements:

- Available to work late afternoon - early morning shifts (5pm start, working through to early AM) in pack team of multiple people.
- Minimum 20 – 40 hrs per week Roster is fluid but must have the ability to work some weekends and throughout the holiday period.
- Possess and use good interpersonal, communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable, show initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to work in a team.
- General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.
- A Driver's Licence, and ideally an Australian resident looking at a long term role.
- Live in the Margaret River region with reliable accommodation.
