About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Educator to join our dedicated team at Maroondah Kids Early Learning Centre in Croydon, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the care and education of young children in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing high-quality care and engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Implementing developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional growth
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised learning environment
- Communicating effectively with parents and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children
- Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
- Participating in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working in a childcare or early learning centre setting




- Solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
- Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check
