As the Procurement Officer - Genuine Parts and Accessories division, you will:
- Procure parts and accessories from vendors according to inventory plans and forecasts
- Manage purchase orders and communicate shipments with warehouse team
- Communicate product demands with overseas vendors and suppliers
- Work with Marketing and Brand managers to plan and schedule inventory demands
- Maintain parts and accessories data, and provide insights
- Work with the Department Manager to manage inventory supply and demand
- Manage back orders and reconcile inventory reports
- Monitor freight forwarders and customer agencies performance
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Proven procurement/purchasing experience working with overseas vendors
- Robust attention to detail with an ability to interpret inventory data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
