The Role
The Production Manager will manage a team of 6, overseeing daily production operations to achieve targets, optimise resources, uphold quality standards, ensure workplace safety, lead and develop a cohesive team, and maintain clear communication and reporting for continuous improvement.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring transparent communication of expectations and responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during the production process




- Reporting and documenting various ad hoc reports
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets
- Monitor workflow and ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment.

Skills & Experience

- CNC Machine background is a bonus
- Proactive and Solution-oriented mindset
- Hands-on
- Strong Communication
- Practical person with common sense.
