Job Description

- Manage and operate pubs as Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager
n
- Lead, develop and retain venue teams
n
- Oversee food, beverage and gaming operations where applicable
n
- Manage venue performance and KPIs
n
- Become part of the local community and contribute to venues at the heart of regional communities
n
- Relocate to and commit to a regional Queensland venue for at least 12 months
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub-based hospitality environment
n
- Robust operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming environments, where applicable
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and retain venue teams
n
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be part of the local community
n
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and relevant Approved Manager qualifications/tickets, as applicable to the role and location
n
- Ability to relocate and commit to the regional location for a minimum of 12 months
n




- Genuine pub operations experience; traditional hotel/motel accommodation-management experience without a strong pub hospitality background is unlikely to meet the requirements
