We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support a large-scale processing operation, focusing on electrical maintenance engineering, reliability improvement, and project scoping. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with operations and maintenance teams to identify improvements, troubleshoot plant issues, and scope projects that improve reliability and throughput.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for electrical assets across a fixed processing plant.
n
- Lead fault finding, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.
n
- Scope and develop sustaining capital and improvement projects.
n
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and project teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.
n
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n
- Mentor and support junior engineers where required.
n

About You
n
n
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
n
- Strong background in maintenance engineering and project scoping.
n
- Experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry, or similar environments.
n
- Exposure to HV/LV systems, VSDs, motors, switchgear, control systems, and plant electrical infrastructure.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
