Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of IToperations, systems, and infrastructure, including Linux & Windows Servers,Networks, Databases, and Storage.
n
- Appreciation of IP networkingtechnology
n
- Appreciation of IT security
n
- Appreciation of Monitoring andObservability tools (Splunk, Zabbix).

- Robust problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills.
n
- Familiarity with incidentmanagement and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy).

- Good knowledge of MicrosoftWindows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.

- Ability to monitor systems andidentify operational issues.

- Strong communication andcustomer service skills to support end users.

- Attention to detail andability to follow standard operating procedures.
