NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Child Law Advocacy Lawyer within Waruuguma Barrmarrany to conduct a broad range of child protection litigation, primarily in the Children’s Court, and to manage appeals in higher courts for Aboriginal children and families.
You will lead and mentor junior staff, provide timely legal advice, and work with caseworkers, external counsel and courts to deliver high‑quality outcomes and cost-effective services for the Department.
