Salary on offer: $160k - $180k including super + bonus opportunity

Key responsibilities:

- Lead due diligence for M&A; and divestment activities
- Review and development of external statutory reporting deliverables
- Establish and update accounting policies for the Group
- Develop and enhance technical expertise, including emerging accounting & disclosure issues
- Provide accounting advice to the broader financial reporting team
- Report to the Group's Board and Audit Committee and partner with other Senior Executives

About you:

- CA or CPA qualified




- Big 4 or mid-tier trained is desired, with strong knowledge in AASB/IFRS
- Proven experience delivering transactional accounting advice and M&A; accounting
- Strong communicator and ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to coach and manage direct reports
