Optus is seeking a Complex Fraud Analyst to detect, investigate, and prevent customer, subscription, and network fraud. You will work in External Fraud Risk to identify emerging trends and deliver insights that strengthen fraud risk controls.
This role requires solid data analysis, experience with large datasets, and the ability to communicate complex findings to management. You will partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to fraud awareness initiatives.
