Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Providing Social Community Assistance to clients
n
- Domestic assistance,



community access and social support
n
- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
n
- Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
n
- Willing to travel to Warilla
n
- Cert 4 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desired)
n
- Working with Children's Check (Essential)
n
- Current Driver's Licence (Required)
