Job Requirements and Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Key responsibilities:
n

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
n
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and service staff
n
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints
n
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
n
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and sales performance
n
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene,
and workplace safety regulations
n
- Develop staff rosters and manage payroll inputs
n
- Implement procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency
n
- Support marketing and promotional activities where required
n
n
