We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our All About Eve store - Chermside. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based at our store in Chermside.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of store associates
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Cultivate a positive and engaged store culture that aligns with the company's values
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales and profitability, with a data-driven and analytical mindset
- Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of current market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
