Your day as an Analytics Operations Officer

Your day-to-day work will support whole-of-government data collection and ministerial reporting. You will coordinate agency submissions, validate data, undertake first-line quality assurance and follow up with stakeholders. You will also support the production of reports and improve processes to ensure analytics products are delivered accurately and on time, while helping strengthen analytical capability across the sector.

This role liaises extensively with other areas within Treasury and with NSW government agencies

You will be joining our Procurement Reform and Banking Group and will be working within the

NSW Procurement Data & Analytics Division.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to follow up actions and build productive working relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- The ability to identify issues, apply sound judgement and proactively resolve routine problems.
- Experience working with data, reporting, administration or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable performing a mix of repetitive routine tasks as well as occasional ad-hoc activities
- Competency with MS office suite
