We are a well-established business focused on retail and commercial projects, with more than 35 years in the market and 10 office locations across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, India and Brazil. We are looking for a technically motivated Architectural Technician / Revit Documenter to join our team in Perth (and/or Brisbane).

This is a permanent, full-time role for someone looking to develop their career in architectural documentation, with a strong interest in Revit and the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians, architects and project leaders on retail and commercial projects across Australia and New Zealand.

As an Architectural Technician/ Revit Documenter you:

- Have 0 - 3 years' experience in an architectural, design or documentation role, or are a recent graduate with relevant industry exposure.
- Have a genuine interest in retail and commercial projects.
- Possess a working knowledge of Revit (AutoCAD experience also highly regarded).
- Assist with the preparation of architectural documentation and drawings under the guidance of senior team members.
- Have a developing understanding of building construction, relevant Australian building regulations and architectural documentation processes.
- Be willing to learn all phases of a project, from town planning through to detailed construction documentation.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.




- Have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Have good organisational and time management skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Are proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced workplace.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust working relationships within the company and with clients.
- Have a drive to learn, are open to new ways of working, and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of your work.
- Hold a relevant degree or qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Hold a current driver's licence or are willing to obtain one.
- Are eager to continue building your technical knowledge and Revit capability through mentoring and hands-on project experiences
