Primary Objective: As a member of the school leadership team, provide innovative educational leadership in the implementation of literacy programs in both English and Warlpiri, and lead a team of staff in planning, development and delivery of a two-way learning program that optimises learning and engagement of all students in a cross-cultural workplace.
