About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-prepared Montessori environment
- Assist with documentation, programming,
and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently working toward one)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded)
- A caring, patient, and collaborative attitude
