About the role

We're looking for an experienced online coach who specialises in women's hormonal health and nutrition to join our team, someone who's spent real years working specifically with women's transformations, and who's genuinely passionate about promoting sustainable, healthy change in this space. This will be an entry-level position as an Assistant Coach to Founder + Head Coach Robert Jessen, with career progression to working with your own roster of clients within Alpha Physique directly.

Key responsibilities

- Coach an assigned caseload of clients remotely through our app, check-ins, programming, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability
- Bring genuine knowledge in coaching women through hormonal health considerations as part of their broader transformation
- Maintain the check-in and communication standards that keep clients engaged and actually progressing
- Contribute to the Alpha Physique brand by working well within the team, delivering real client results, and engaging with the wider community
- Option to mentor junior coaches as you grow with the team

About you

- 5+ years' experience coaching women specifically, not general clientele
- Qualified in nutrition or dietetics
- Demonstrated expertise in female-specific body transformations
- Specialist certifications in women's hormonal health a strong advantage
- Strong communication and accountability skills — this is a high-touch,



relationship-driven coaching model
- Comfortable working remotely through a coaching app/platform
