We're building the team at Yo-Chi Windsor and hiring a Full Time Assistant Venue Manager to join the fun! Lead alongside an incredible team in one of Melbourne’s busiest precincts, where good vibes, big energy and lines out the door are part of the everyday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead from the front and deliver Yo-Chi's signature guest experience.
- Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and venue performance.
- Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
- Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
- Drive operational excellence and set the standard for the venue
- Inspire a high energy environment for both the team and our guests.
Who we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).
- A passion for building team culture and developing people.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen.
- Confidence working in fast paced environments.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a hands on approach.
- A genuine love for guest experience.
