Our client is seeking a Building & Construction Associate to join its growing Construction & Infrastructure team.

Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of construction disputes, acting for developers, contractors, consultants and principals across litigation, adjudications and dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing construction and infrastructure disputes across courts, tribunals, adjudications and mediations.
- Advising clients on Security of Payment matters and dispute resolution strategies.
- Preparing pleadings, submissions, witness evidence and legal advice.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other key stakeholders.
- Assisting with construction contract reviews and risk management advice.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- 3-5 years' PAE in construction litigation or broader commercial litigation with construction exposure.
- Experience managing disputes through courts, tribunals, adjudications or mediations.
- Strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of Security of Payment legislation and construction contracts.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
