About the Role

As an Automotive Estimator, you will play a critical role in managing the repair journey from initial assessment through to repair completion. You will act as the key point of contact between customers, insurers, work providers, and the workshop team to ensure a seamless repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly service and support
- Preparing accurate repair estimates and liaising with insurers and work providers
- Conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including damage assessments and photographic documentation
- Coordinating parts procurement to ensure efficient and cost-effective repairs
- Monitoring repair progress and maintaining clear communication with customers
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator within the collision repair industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methods, and industry standards
- Experience using estimating systems such as iBodyshop, PartsCheck, Audanet, or similar platforms
- A solid understanding of modern repair processes and insurer requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
