Description Why the role?

As our national Workplace practice continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate to join our Melbourne office. Working with experienced Principals and talented colleagues across the firm, you will be exposed to a broad range of workplace relations and safety law matters. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your technical expertise and take increasing responsibility for managing matters as your career progresses.





Skills and Experiences

Who are you?

- Approximately two to five years of post-admission experience in workplace relations and/or workplace safety.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Practical and client-focused in your approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative team member who enjoys working closely with colleagues and contributing to team success.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and achieving positive outcomes.
