About the Role

Our Apprentice Barbers are responsible for developing their technical barbering skills while delivering quality services appropriate to their experience and training level. The role focuses on practical learning, productive chair time, solid customer service, building confidence and progressing towards becoming a qualified barber.

- Participate actively in workplace training and complete all required apprenticeship coursework
- Deliver barbering services appropriate to your skill level under the guidance of qualified barbers
- Build skills across haircuts, fades, beard trims and shaves with increasing efficiency and consistency




- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, managing waitlists and following customer journey standards
- Seek feedback, respond positively to coaching and apply new techniques in daily work
- Maintain a clean, sanitised and well-stocked workstation at all times
- Process POS transactions accurately and develop confidence recommending suitable retail products
- Uphold high presentation standards across the store, including reception and waiting areas
- Communicate effectively with the team to manage customer flow and service needs
- Follow company policies, WHS requirements and all safe work practices
- Assist with stock control, promotions, cleaning and general store operations
