What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing bar team.
- Creating a fun, energetic and guest-focused bar environment.
- Building rosters and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Driving bar sales and delivering on key performance targets.
- Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
- Maintaining licensing,



safety and compliance standards.
- Working closely with the wider venue leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences for both social and corporate events.
- Championing Kingpin's service standards and bringing the vibe every shift.

What We're Looking For

- Experience leading teams within a busy bar, pub, entertainment or hospitality venue.
- Strong beverage knowledge, particularly beer and bar operations.
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for developing people.
- Exceptional guest experience and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Current RSA and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
